Code of Conduct
We are bound by the SRA Code of Conduct, which we must follow. This code is a set of rules that relate to the conduct of solicitors.

If you are unhappy with the service that you receive from us, you are entitled to raise an independent complaint with the Legal Ombudsman.

Legal privilege
Advice that we provide as solicitors is often covered by legal privilege. Put simply, this means that correspondence between a client and a solicitor may, if it is confidential and for the purposes of legal advice, be withheld from a court or third party in connection with legal proceedings.
Please note: Although Axial Legal offers many of the benefits that a law firm offers, it is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). However, all individual lawyers are solicitors of England and Wales, and as such are regulated by the SRA.
